It would help if this app can be used to book movie tickets as well, otherwise its pretty much useless to me.

I downloaded this app somewhat dubiously after many abysmal experiences with this company over the years, website and ticket office included. I was able to find the event I was looking for pretty easily but that was where it all fell apart. When tapping the book now button nothing happened at first until I realized that you had to tap the smaller word in the centre rather than the rest of the button which is obviously just for show. Now onto a calendar view my use of this app was about to end because the calendar was set to December 1999! Daft yes but still resolvable surely? NOT WHEN YOU CAN ONLY ADVANCE THE DATE 1 MONTH AT A TIME! Seriously, I would have to tap my finger till it bleeds to even get the date to indicate the current year 12 YEARS IN THE FUTURE. But maybe I dont fit into the target market since I tend not too have use for booking events in the past... I wish I could give this app 0/5 stars but Apple wont let me.

This app needs a makeover and must be improved, feels slow on my iPad 3.

This app closes/crashes as soon as you have selected the show you want to buy tickets for.

Downloaded, looks impressive but search for GYM and it finds a result of the show we wanted to see. Clicked it and the app closes. Tried searching for the show and says event not found... Event is available via web though but not on app.

This is the worst written app, I have so far experienced in the app store. I battled so much to make a booking that I decided to rather stay home and not go to the show, then work myself up about it. Why bother developing an app if it is utterly useless. This happens if you are a monopoly.

The app keeps crashing also its difficult to book tickets without a detailed floor plan option. Why did you guys bother with an app that you outsourced to the lowest bidder and promote it every chance you get.

The app still needs a lot of work. Not going to bother using it. Rather stick to the mobile site.

Find the app easy to use and very convenient.

Horrific experience - doesnt enable you to login, cant filter properly by event type & date. Clunky, rubbish, rather use the website.

This is in all probability the worst app in the store at the moment absolutely nothing work

App wrongly claims event is "sold out or not open for booking yet". Bought the tickets on the website 5 mins later. Useless.
